Riley Hammock has been chosen for the Teaching as a Profession (TAP) Student Spotlight. Her TAP teacher, Donna Collins, nominated her for the award. Riley is a student at Vidalia High School and has been assigned to a first-grade classroom at JD Dickerson School. According to her mentor teacher, Kara Martin, first-grade teacher at JDD, Riley is an exceptional student. “She loves the primary students and jumps in and helps them whenever she is needed! She is hands-on and will be an excellent teacher! I wish Riley could be with me all school year. I hope to be on the team that hires her one day!” Congratulations, Riley, for being selected for our SECCA Student Spotlight for first semester! Pictured is Riley with Mrs. Martin.
